About

The Body Balance Philosophy..

Every body is unique. We work with you to create tailored massage treatments specifically for you as an individual.

There are no set routines, one size does not fit all..

Body Balance Therapy can be adapted to help and support any of the body’s systems. Either physically, mentally or emotionally..

Biography

Where it all started..

As a Martial Arts practitioner and qualified Instructor at the Kaizen Centre. Studying Karate, Aikido, Traditional Budo Weapons (Staff & Nunchaku), Iaido & Kenjutsu (Japanese Sword).

Finding a new way..

It has been my life expanding journey through martial arts that inspired and finally led me to the decision to retrain in the incredibly mind blowing and ever evolving subject of Massage & Bodywork. After a long 10 years in the Jewellery industry my search for a more enjoyable & purposeful way of life led me to The Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork. Based at The Fold Natural Therapy Centre in Malvern, I studied and obtained my diploma in Holistic Bodywork accredited by Massage Training Institute.

I then went on to complete courses in Kinesiology Taping in association with ROCKTAPE and I am now a certified ROCK DOC and ROCKTAPE Movement Coach!

And the journey continues…

This exciting new path has endless routes to explore and so much potential. As it unfolds and grows I will be continuing to add new treatments & bodywork methods in order to provide the best possible experience for all who wish to cross paths..

I am available for hire for sporting events, corporate wellness days & special occasions.

I also have links with carefully selected health professionals enabling me to provide referrals to fully qualified Chiropractors & Osteopaths if found to be unsuitable for massage treatments or if further medical interventions are needed (e.g. Spinal manipulations)
